I joined Tishman in 2002 and was immediately taken by the talent and acumen of the team. I felt I was surrounded by the best and the brightest in the industry and lucky to have worked with such talented and high-character people. Working arm-in-arm to bring our most demanding projects to fruition has been gratifying.
After 20 years at the firm, serving as a leader and mentor has taken on a greater focus for me. As I see it, I want to repay the favor of thoughtful advice and exposure to challenges that I benefited from during my years with this firm. I’m always discovering new opportunities and avenues for improvement and taking stock of all the projects I’ve spent significant time on. The list is quite long now, yet I’m always pleasantly surprised by the continual flow of new and unique work, year after year.
Heather Bolton is an Executive Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 2002, Ms. Bolton held numerous operational management positions for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Sheraton Corporation, as well as roles in Six Sigma process management and brand conversion for the Franchise division. Ms. Bolton sits on the Board of Illinois Hotel & Lodging Association and Cityfront Center East Maintenance Association, a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association, and is on the Owners Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Ms. Bolton holds a BA degree from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business, and an MBA emphasizing Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
