Growing up  in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, I knew some family friends who worked in the real estate industry, but it was at Lehigh where I studied finance and real estate that I developed a passion for the business. Once I better understood the nuances of underwriting real estate, I knew this was the sector I wanted to work in.

I started my career at JP Morgan, where I joined a real estate rotational program. After getting some invaluable experience, I joined Tishman, eager to move from a culture of specialization to one where I could wear multiple hats. I started working for Joe Simone; He ran a small but tight team and was an incredible mentor who embodied the phrase “lead, follow, or get out of the way.”

Looking ahead, I am excited about applying the lessons I have learned to what will be a challenging but interesting environment in New York. As markets change, I am confident that our team will not sway with momentum and execute with conviction. Though the pandemic has certainly had an impact on various aspects of the business, I believe our expertise, creativity, and mindset will help us continue to succeed.
