Daniel R. Tishman is Principal and Vice Chairman for Tishman. Mr. Tishman formerly served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Construction Corp. and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of its parent company, AECOM. Mr. Tishman is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of the Natural Resources Defense Council, one of the world's leading environmental advocacy organizations. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Montefiore Medicine and as a member of the boards of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, among others. He was previously chairman of Governor Cuomo’s Airport Advisory Panel and is a member of the Board of Governors and executive committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Mr. Tishman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Planning from Evergreen State College and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Lesley College.
John A. Vickers is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Tishman. Prior to the sale of Tishman Construction Corporation to AECOM in July 2010, Mr. Vickers was also Vice Chair and Principal of Tishman Construction Corporation. Mr. Vickers serves on the Columbia Business School MBA Real Estate Program Advisory Board. Mr. Vickers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia University.
David Bagwell is Chief Operating and Marketing Officer for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2003, Mr. Bagwell was Executive Vice President and Partner at Buena Vista Hospitality Group spearheading strategic planning for several major properties. He also held the position of Vice President/General Manager for PGA National Resort and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin. Mr. Bagwell has served as a Board Member for Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, Meeting Planners International, as well as other industry related organizations. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from Florida International University.
Lauren Banks is a Senior Vice President for Tishman. Ms. Banks joined Tishman in 2006 and has 12 years of project experience including new build, renovation, conversion and capital projects from due diligence to completion. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
Don Bartell is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Mr. Bartell began his career with Marriott Hotels and spent the first eight years of his career in various rooms management positions at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Chicago Marriott Downtown, and the Denver City Center Marriott. Prior to joining Tishman in 1999, he held various operational management positions within Starwood and Sheraton. Mr. Bartell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Frank Beck is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1992, he was in charge of Finance and Administration for Guinness PLC, overseeing the financial activities for the Group's hospitality development and management business in the United States. Before that, Mr. Beck held various Hotel Corporate and Property Controllership positions and started his career in auditing and consulting with the CPA firm of Pannell, Kerr and Forester. Mr. Beck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the State University of New York.
Heather Bolton is a Senior Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2002, Ms. Bolton held various operational management positions for Sheraton and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and was also involved in quality process management and franchise brand conversions. Ms. Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business and a Masters of Business Administration degree emphasizing Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Gary Buscemi is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1995, he was a partner in a major law firm. Mr. Buscemi has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate development and finance. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham College and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law.
Kathleen Chan is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Ms. Chan joined Tishman in 1988 and has 28 years of management experience in the design and construction industry. Kathleen has overseen the design and construction activities for the new build, renovation, conversion and capital projects of a number of hotels with various hotel brands and operators. She attended the Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at Cooper Union, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Baruch College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from New York University.
Donald Engfer is a Senior Vice President for Tishman. Mr. Engfer started his career with Hyatt Hotels, where he held various operating and financial positions, including regional hotel controller. Prior to joining Tishman in 1994, Mr. Engfer was Vice President of Hotels for The Irvine Company in Newport Beach, California. He is an Executive Committee member and Chair-Elect of the Visit Orlando Destination Management Organization, and a member of the Mayor’s Citizens Oversight Committee - Community Venues and Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association. Mr. Engfer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the California State University, Long Beach.
Kim Greca is a Senior Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2004, Ms. Greca worked in the corporate office and on property for Hilton Hotels Corporation in Los Angeles and New York and also for Starwood Hotels and Resorts where she most recently represented the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin as Director of Sales. Ms. Greca is an exclusive member in the Registry for Women of Excellence for the National Association of Professional and Executive Women, and has been involved with industry related functions for MPI, PCMA, and ASAE and is currently editor in chief for Meeting Excellence. Ms. Greca holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
Obaid Khan is Chief Financial Officer for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1991, Mr. Khan was a member of the Capital Markets Group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Khan's professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Roundtable and the New York Hospitality Council. Mr. Khan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybernetics from U.C.L.A. and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ron Kollar is Chief Design Officer for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1994, Mr. Kollar was Vice President of Planning for Classic Residences by Hyatt and Director of Planning for Hyatt Hotels Corp for 12 years. Mr. Kollar holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is a registered architect. He has frequently served as a judge for both the Hospitality Design Awards and The Gold Key Awards for Excellence in Hospitality.
Jonathan Lyons is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Mr. Lyons oversees all aspects of construction for Tishman’s projects. Mr. Lyons joined Tishman in 1989 and has over 35 years of construction experience. He has a vast resume of hospitality, performing arts and healthcare experience and is tasked with solving complex construction problems while managing multiple building projects simultaneously.
Jennifer Nellany is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2016, Ms. Nellany was with kgb as Global General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining kgb, Ms. Nellany was Special Counsel with Fried Frank in their Corporate Real Estate Group, General Counsel and Secretary for Morgans Hotel Group Co. and was a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware, a Juris Doctor degree with Tax Honors from Rutgers University School of Law and an LLM degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
Francisco Ramirez is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2007, he was a partner at McConnell Valdes LLC, one of the largest Hispanic owned law firms in Latin America, and has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate development and finance. Mr. Ramirez is a member of the New York State and Puerto Rico Bar Associations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and a Juris Doctor degree, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, from Columbia Law School.
David Rothenberg is President for Tishman Realty Corporation responsible for the company’s acquisitions, development, operations and financing efforts. Prior to joining Tishman in 1987, Mr. Rothenberg was a member of the Real Estate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Rothenberg is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Urban Land Institute and a Sustaining Member and Mentor at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton. Mr. Rothenberg holds a Bachelor of Science – Economics degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
William Sales is Vice Chairman for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 1997, Mr. Sales was Principal of William J. Sales & Company and a senior investment banker at both Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Sales has also held various executive positions at VMS Realty Partners, Property Capital Trust and Chase Manhattan Bank, all in the area of Real Estate Finance and Investment. He is a 1967 graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and served as First Lieutenant in the United States Army - Second Infantry Division.
Joseph Simone is President for Tishman Real Estate Services, overseeing all facets of third-party Landlord and Tenant representation, including lease negotiation, development, relocation and property management services. Before joining Tishman in 1993, Mr. Simone worked for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., and was a partner with the Berkshire Group, which developed a regional hotel chain in the northeastern Unites States prior to establishing his own firm, Simone & Company, in 1991. Mr. Simone is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Corenet and Urban Land Institute. Mr. Simone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
Robert Snyder is President for Tishman Hotel Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 1996 as the General Manager for the Doral Park Avenue Hotel, he was the General Manager for the Kimberly Hotel and the Resident Manager for the Plaza Hotel in New York City. Mr. Snyder began his career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and spent the first 10 years working in Rooms management positions at the Grand Hyatt New York, the Hyatt Regency Chicago, and the Park Hyatt Hotel. Mr. Snyder is a member of the New York Hospitality Council and the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He also serves on the Westin Owners Advisory Board. Mr. Snyder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Trinity College.
Charles Song is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman, Mr. Song was a Managing Director with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Before BAML, he was a Managing Director at Moon Capital Management, a global long-short hedge fund, where he ran the firm’s real estate investments. Prior to that, he was the Co-Head of Global Real Estate Securities for Macquarie Investment Management. Prior to that he was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for Dividend Capital Investments. Mr. Song started his career at Lehman Brothers in New York in Asset Backed Securities after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
Will Tims is a Senior Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2015, Will was a Project Director for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group where he managed the planning, design, marketing and sales efforts on multiple high-end condominium projects. Prior to Corcoran Sunshine, he served as a project architect for Steven Harris Architects, Ryall Porter Sheridan Architects, and as the principal of his own firm, completing several high-end residential projects. In addition, Will is a licensed architect, a licensed real estate salesperson and LEED AP. Mr. Tims holds a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, a Masters of Architecture degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Virginia.
Dan Unger is Chief Development Officer for Tishman responsible for overseeing the company’s development efforts. Mr. Unger joined Tishman in 1997. He is a member of the New York Hospitality Council and the Cornell Hotel Society. Mr. Unger holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
Cara Weinrich is an Executive Vice President for Tishman. Prior to joining Tishman in 2008, Ms. Weinrich practiced employment law with a national employment and workplace law firm and served as Director of Employee Relations at CIBC, a financial services firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
